The Cape Cod Playhouse offers great architectural appeal with traditional dormers. This house will allow you and your child to share imaginations and memories. A detailed instruction manual is included.
-2×3 Stud Framing (2×4 Stud Framing for the 10×12 size)

-Dormers (varies by size) – 2 Dormers on 4×6, 6×8, and 8×8. 3 Dormers on 8×10, 812, and 10×12
-Floor Kit – 5/8″ Plywood flooring material and treated sub-floor framing **Please note that when adding the Deck & -Rail option the customer will need to supply 4″ x4″ Runners underneath the playhouse. 10×12 size WILL include 4×4 -Runners with the Floor Kit option**
-Premium LP smart side paneling treated to resist fungal decay and insect infestation, PRIMED and ready for paint
-All Screws, latches, and nails are included
-Please Note: Customer provides shingles, drip-edge, & paint

**2 Person home delivery required – when the pallet reaches the customer’s local terminal, the shipping company will contact the customer to set up delivery, the customer is responsible for providing at least 2 people at delivery to help unload the kit!

Our kits include EVERYTHING shown (except paint, shingles and drip edge) – don’t be fooled by other companies that try to “upsell” you on shutters, flower boxes, windows, doors etc!

Q: Why are the paint, shingles and drip edge not included?
A: Since each customer has their own paint and shingle color preferences, it is more efficient for the customer to choose the colors they want and purchase these items locally.
